The Team National Conference was held at the Copthorne Tara Hotel in Kensington, London on the 29th March 2006.

The Team HIP scheme was officially launched at the conference. Team have been in the forefront of developing a consumer and agent-friendly solution to the problems posed by the Governments legislation due to come into force in June 2007.

The Team HIP solution has cost many millions of pounds to develop but is designed to be cost free to the consumer at the point of marketing their property - and to ensure that the For Sale board can be erected within days rather than weeks.
