Live is regarded as one of the most innovative and forward-thinking conveyancing businesses in the UK, as well as being one of the largest. Owned by top Title insurers First Title plc, together they intend to be the leading HIP provider to independent estate agents, with a year one production capacity exceeding 350,000 HIPs.
Through this Joint Venture, Team members effectively have ownership and control of their own conveyancing business and its HIP proposition.

Partnership for Profit
Team Conveyancing is a profitable business. The profits are shared directly with the individual Team agents who recommend our service - and with Team itself which, as a not for profit company, must use such profits for the benefit of the members.
In 2005 we paid over £600,000 to Team members in marketing fees. One member firm with just two offices received over £30,000.
In 2006 it is estimated that Team members will be directly paid approx. £1m in conveyancing referral fees. Team itself will earn a further £3-400,000 in conveyancing royalty fees.
Homefile
As soon as they put a property on the market, Team agents can instruct Team Conveyancing to prepare a Homefile. They don't have to wait until they have found a buyer! The Homefile comprises all of the legal documents required to be sent to the buyers lawyer with the draft contract.
A completed Homefile can save an average of 42 days between agreeing a sale and completion. Clients are happier and agents get paid quicker!
Homefile has been delivering a "seller prepared" service since 2004. By the time a buyer is found, Homefile properties have all pre-sale legal work completed enabling draft contracts to be issued immediately.
This service is provided to clients on a No Sale, No Fee basis, so if the sale fails to complete, the client has no legal fees to pay!
Homefile is the forerunner of "Team Homefile", the Team branded HIPs solution.
